PVR only recommends the Ratchet Style attachement and it is included in the price. 
Sizing: 34 Pants; 25 Links with a Ratchet (extra links are approx 38mm wide pin-to-pin)
Pre-orders can specify colours, otherwise we stock black.
Standard Inner Belts can be cut to length. 
Pouches and Holsters are not included
